Life Threatening Illness "Cancer"

Some people feel that being diagnosed with cancer is a death sentence, but this isn't always true because cancer research has come a long way in the last 20 years.

If you are diagnosed with Cancer:

• Pray for the Lord to help you and heal you physically and mentally.
• See a doctor who specialize in Cancer Treatment and follow the doctor’s advise.
• Don’t give up on yourself, the situation may get worse before it will get better, fight mentally for yourself and pray continually.
• Educate yourself about your type of treatment.
• Ask your doctor if you may have a massage, if so, ask a reliable friend or family member, self massage, or look for a professional massage office (some insurances will pay for a portion of your office visit, this is a medical matter).
• Travel, if you are able and can afford to get away.
• Make it a priority to relax as often as you can and try to keep undue stress out of your life, every one should understand that you are fighting for your life.
• It is important to get the proper diet, exercise and vitamins during your treatment and after your treatment is completed.
• If possible, go to dinner with your favorite loved one, a change of scenery will help you.
• Stay positive.
• Go to the movies or watch movies at home that will make you laugh, this will help relax your body.
• Listen to soothing music, read your bible and inspiring books.
• Have Faith!!
